The direct action solenoid valves manufactured by OLAB are available in the series 6000, 7000, 8000, 8500, 9000, 10000 and 10500. They are of the direct action magnetic piston type with a CW617N brass casing and stainless steel magnetic parts. In the series 6000, 7000, 8000, 9000 and 10000, gaskets are made of NBR, EPDM peroxide, FKM (FPM) and other elastomers are also available on request, while in the 8500 and 10500 series gaskets are made of synthetic ruby. Models of the series 6000, 7000, 10000 and 10500 are 2/2-ways normally closed type (2 ways 2 positions), while the 8000, 8500 and 9000 valves are 3/2-ways normally closed (3 ways 2 positions).

 

Coils for solenoid valves are manufactured by us in a plant which is among the most modern in the world and unique in Italy. Coils all belong to the H class, are incorporated with virgin thermoplastic materials and submitted to double test for electric insulation: “in-process” after overmoulding of the housing at high temperatures and “post-process” after 24 hours at room temperature.
